درمان سیفلیکس بروش قدیم
سیفلیکس بیماری است که هنوز دانشمندان بزرگ کاملا درمان قاطعی برای آن نیافته اند و بیشتر جهت معالجه آن تنها با تغییراتی چند دستور پیشینیان را مینمایند.
مقصود از این کنفرانس، طرح کاربرد جیوه از راه تنفس برای درمان سیفلکس است که در اقسام و اشکال بسیار سخت عاصی العلاج و خطرناک آن بینهایت موثر بوده و تا کنون بهترین طریق درمانی آن بشمار آمده است.
در گذشته درمان سیفلکس توسط جیوه بدین صورت بوده است که شنجرف را با برخی از گیاهان و صمغ ها بشکل دود و یا از طریق قلیان و وسایل دیگر مورد استفاده قرار می دادند. در اینحالت جیوه در یکبار استعمال بمقدار زیاد جذب بدن می گردید.
این گونه درمان اگر چه اثرات نیکویی در رفع بیمار مزبور داشت در عوض موجب فساد و خرابی لثه ها، استخوان های فک، کلیه و غیره می شد.
دانشمندان برای رفع این عیب آنرا بشکل ترکیبات سیانور،بی یدور و امثال آن بطریق تزریقی و بمقدار تراپوتیکی بکار بردند. سپس املاح ارسنیک و گوگرد(در ایران این دوشنبه فلز را پیشینیان در درمان سیفلکس بکار می بردند) و بیسموت بشکل تزریق و غیره و بعد املاح یدور بکار گرفته شد و اخیرا" نیز پنی سیلین ضمیمه گردید. امروزه درواقع داروی ضد سیفلیس و ترکیبات و اشکال آن همین هاست.
در پاره ای از طبایع و نیز در اشکال مختلف سیفیلیس، گاه این گونه داروها اثری نداشته و بیماری همچنان چون سیلی بنیان کن اعضا و احشاء را خورده و فاسد و یا قلج می کند. شدت و ضعف این بیماری بستگی به ساختمان بدنی شخص دارد. برخی بدون دارو و درمان خوب می شوند. بعضی بالعکس با وجود نهایت دقت و توجهی که به آنها می شود باز بیماری شان پیشرفت می کند.در یک کتاب جامع پزشکی فرانسه در مورد سیفلکس نوشته شده است که پنجاه درصد بیماران بدون دارو بهبودی می یابند و از پنجاه درصد دیگر تعدادی خیلی زود و تعدادی بسیار دیر و سخت علاج می گردند.
چند سال پیش دو برادر که هر دو از یک پدر و مادر بودند در یکشب از یک منبع دچار سیفیلیس با زخم شانکر در اعضای تناسلی خود شدند. این دو به بیمارستان احمدیه آمده بودند. در آنجا یک شیشه محلول بی یدور دومرکور، برای تزریق اینگونه بیماران مهیا بود. بهر کدام یک سانتیمتر مکعب تزریق شد. روز دیگر برادر بزرگ مبتلا به ورم لثه سختی شد. معالجه را قطع کردیم. پس از چند روز خوب شد و ورم لثه نیز برطرف گردید. بنابراین دیگر نه دوائی خورد و نه تزریق کرد.
برادر کوچک مرتبا" به بیمارستان می آمد. در حدود 60 بار از آن محلول تزریق نمود زخم رو به زوال می رفت ولی عوارض درجه دوم بشدت پیشرفت می نمود. بناچار بیمار به پزشک دیگری که از اطباء مشهور است رجوع کرد. نزد ایشان چند آمپول نئوسالوارسان و نظایر آن تزریق نمود و داروی داده شده را مورد استفاده قرار داد.
بعد از پنج ماه مرا به عیادتش بردند و در شرایط که بیمار مبتلا به فلج ناقص شده بود. البته اینجانب بروش خود او را معالجه نمودم. در حال حاضر هر دو برادر در یک خانه منزل دارند و از دوستان من محسوب می شوند. تاکنون چند بار خون برادر بزرگ آزمایش واسرمن شده و نتیجه اش منفی بوده. ولی برادر کوچک با آنکه خودش پاک می باشد. اغلب ناتوان است و اعصاب قوی و روحیه چندان سرشاری ندارد و از فکر و یاری برادر بزرگ در امور شرکت و موسسه خود استفاده می نماید.
بسیاری از مبتلایان به سیفلیس را می شناسم که حدود سی سال بیشتر یا کمتر است که به این بیماری دچار شده بودند و با تزریق یک دوره بی یدور دومرکور و یا خوردن چند حب ریکورد بهبود یافته و دیگر معالجه را تعقیب نکرده و تاکنون نیز بهیچ عارضه ای دچار نشده اند. حتی فرزندان آنان را بارها بدقت مورد بررسی قرار دادم آثاری از سیفلیس ارثی در آنها نبود.
بسیاری دیگر را نیز دیده ام که همه ساله چند دوره داروهای ضد سیفلیس گوناگون تزریق کرده و پرهیز مینمودند و معهذا اثر بیماری مزبور در فرزندان آنان مشهود بود. بعضی از آنها به عوارض ریوی سکته، نابینایی، شلی، فلج و غیره دچار شدند.
خصوصا" بیاد دارم بیماری در بیمارستان احمدیه بستری شده بود. شرح بیماری اش را می نوشتم. اظهار می داشت از آغاز بروز بیماری تا کنون مشغول درمان هستم. با اینحال بیماری آنقدر شدید بود که بمحضی که دست یا بدن او از زیر لحاف بیرون آمده و مجاور هوا می شد می ترکید و کمی آب پس می داد. بدن بیمار از فلس های سفید رنگ پوشیده شده بود. سرانجام نیز با همه کوشش هایی که کردیم درمان مفید واقع نگردید و بیمار در گذشت.
برای استحضار حضار محترم اینک چند نسخه از داروهای قدیم و چگونگی کاربرد آنها را بعرض می رسانم:
برخی از اساتید قبل از استعمال قلیان طبی یا دود چند روزی منضج و مسهل در امراض "سوداوی" می دادند. ابتدا و بمدت سه روز شاهتره خشک 2ل، بسفایج 2ل، گل گاوزبان2ل، خارخسک 2ل، بادرنجبویه 1ل، ترنجبین7ل می دادند. سپس مسهلی مرکب از ریشه ایرسا 2ل، بسفایج 2ل، شاهتره خشک 2 ل، گل سرخ 2 ل، سنامکی 6 ل و شیر خشت 12 ل تجویز می شد.
پس از استفاده از این داروها مزاج پاک و آماده برای پذیرش و جذب دارو و دفاع می شده است. و اما ترکیب توتون قلیان طبی عبارت بوده است از شنجرف معدنی 1 ل، گل سرخ 2 ل، مازوسبز4دانه، مصطکی 1ل و پوست ریشه کبر 2 ل. این اجزا را باید کوبیده و آمیخته در محفظه سر قلیان قرار دهند.
خوراک بیمار باید بی نمک باشد و هرگاه دهان او جوش زد باید زنگار 2ل،طباشیر استخوانی 3 ل، گل ارمنی 3 ل، کادهندی 3 ل و صمغ عربی 4 ل را کوبیده به دهان بپاشند. بیمار تا چهل روز نباید پیاز و تا هفت روز خوراک بی نمک بخورد.
دارو هائی که برای زخم دهان تجویز می شد عبارت بودند از:
اول- حضض مکی 2 ل، کاد هندی 2 ل، طباشیر قلمی 2 ل، گل ارمنی 3 ل، گلنار فارسی 2 ل، شاهدانج عدسی 3 ل، مردار سنگ نقره ای 2 ل، کتیرای گون 2 ل، حنا 2 ل و هلیله زرد 2 ل که باید این اجزا را کوبیده و آمیخته بدهان بپاشند.
دوم-هلیله زرد 2 ل را کوبیده و دهان را با آن بشویند. پس از آن طباشیر هندی 1 ل، گلنار فارسی 2 ل، گل مختوم 2 ل، کراث 2 و عدس 5 ل، را کوبیده و آمیخته بدهان بپاشند.
ترکیب دیگر توتون عبارت بوده است از عاقرقرحا5/2 ل، شنجرف 5/1 ل، پوست نخود5/3 ل، نیل 5/2 ل ، کف دریا 3 ل، دار فلفل 3 ل، فلفل سفید 5/1 ل و زهره گاو 5/3 ل قلیان را باید هفت روز (یکبار صبح و یکبار شب)مورد استفاده قرار داد.
قبل از کشیدن قلیان بهتر آنست که محلول زیر دهان را غرغر کرده و بشویند:
توتیای کبود 6 ل، گل مختوم 12 ل، سرکه 5 سیر و آب 15 سیر، ابتدا باید آب و سرکه را بجوشانند تا یک ثلث آن بخار شود. آنگاه گل مختوم و توتنای کبود را در آن حل و دهان –شویه نمایند.
بعد از کشیدن قلیان نیز باید با گرد مرکب از تنگار 5/1 ل، آمله مقشر 3ل ، پوست هلیله زرد 3 ل و مازو 4 ل دهان شویه نمود و لثه ها را پاک کرد. تجویز دیگ آنکه 2 مثقال کرچک هندی را با 20 دانه هلیله زرد کوبیده و با آب خمیر و حب هایی باندازه ماش از آن بسازند. (دانه کرچک هندی را باید از وسط دو نیمه نمایند. در میان آن پرده ایست بسیار سمی که باید آنر برداشته و دور انداخت) از حب های ساخته شده هفت دانه در روز مبل کنند. اگر موثر واقع شد بعدا" یک روز در میان از حب استفاده شود. غذا باید بی نمک بوده و اصولا" از هر چیز سرد و شور اجتناب گردد. سوپ جوجه بعنوان غذا داده شود. بعد از هفت روز همان واحد تجویز شده برای یک قلیان را در زیر محفظه یا چادری از پائین دود نمایند بطوری که بیمار عریان در چادر قرار گرفته و سرش از آن بیروی بماند. این عمل را می توان زیر کرسی نیز انجام داد.
برای اگاهی اساتید و حضار محترم چند نمونه از اقدامات و مشاهدات خود را بعرض می رسانم:
1- مردی روستایی ساکن دهکده اسک لاریجان 35 ساله کشاورز، در اواخر جنگ جهانی اول در سال 1918 دچار گم کام دهان گردید. یکی از علمای روحانی درمان اورا جدا" از من خواستار شد. اینجانب نهایت جدیت را در تشخیص و درمان او نموده و با مشورت دیگران به معالجه او پرداختم. ابتدا دارو را بمیزان تراپوتیک و برابر دستور استعمال کردم. یعنی آمپول نئوسالوارسان و تزریق بی یدور دومرکور در رگ و یدور دو پتاسیم خوراکی تجویز نمودم. سودی نبخشید و بیماری روز بروز بدتر شده و خوره پیشرفت می کرد.
بطوری که استخوان و اعضا را خورده و سوراخی درکام دهان ایجاد نموده و همه روزه نیز بیشتر می شد و به اطراف و جوانب سرایت می کرد. ما هم برای جلوگیری بیماری بناچار روزانه یک آمپول نئوسالوارسان و دو سانتی گرم بی یدورومرکور در رگ میزدم. ضمنا" همه روزه مالش با روغن خاکستری مضاعف داده و 5 گرم یدور دو پتاسیم نیز بصورت خوراکی می دادیم. در مدت تقریبا" چهل روز بیش از 24 آمپول نئوسالوارسان و شاید در حدود 5 گرم جیوه از راه ماساژ داخل بدن او شده و بیش از 150 گرم یدور پتاسیم خورده بود.
داروها ابدا اثر نمی کردند و بیماری و زخم همچنان پیش می رفت. کام دهان بکلی سوراخ و بینی فرو رفته و استخوان Vomer نابود گریده، تمام فک بالا متورم شده بود بنحوی که در حال افتادن بود. غذا خوردن برای او بسیار دشوار بنظر می رسید زیرا غذا از سوراخ کام دهان بخارج ریخته می شد. اما خوشبختانه از سوی دیگر تحمل این بیمار در برابر این همه داروی سمی زیاد بود و عملا" آثاری از عدم تحمل و یا مسمومیت پدیدار نگردید. نکردند.
در این هنگام بود که از امکان داروهای جدید بکلی مایوس شدم. با دستیاری یکی از دانشجویان رشته پزشکی که پدرش از اطبای قدیم بود و آگاه از داروهای قدیم، ترکیبی از شنجرف و داروهای دیگر را آمیخته با توتون چیق مخلوط کرده و به بیمار دادیم تا در چیق ریخته و بکشد.
فردای آنروز اثری از بهبودی در او دیدیم و بنابراین عمل را تکرار کردیم. رفته رفته حال بیمار بهتر و پس از چهارده روز سالم و بی عیب گشت. بعدها نیز او را ملاقات کردم کماکان از سلامت برخوردار و از حال خود راضی بود.
2- جوانی 18 ساله دچار بیماری سوزاک و شانکرسیفلیس سر مجرائی بول گردیده بود. بواسطه وجود زخم، شستشوی مجرا دشوار بلکه محال می نمود. چرک سوزاک نیز زخم سیفلیس را تحریک و بدتر می کرد. چند آمپول نئوسالوارسان و بی یدور دومرکور تزریق شد. سودی نبخشید و بیمار همچنان در رنج بسیا بود. مخصوصا" اخراج ادرار بی نهایت دشوار صورت می گرفت. عاقبت به روش استفاده از چیق جیوه متوسل شدم. در ظرف چند روز سوزاک و سیفلیس بیمار، هر دو بهبود یافتند. یادآور می شوم که پیشینیان در کتابهای پزشکی خود نوشته اند " هر گاه بیماری سیفلیس و سوزاک با هم توام گردند ضمن درمان سیفلیس هر دو بیماری بهبود می یابند".
باری برای شستشوی مجرا به بیمار مزبور سپردم شبها یک سیر آلبالو و یک سیر عسل را در یک لیوان آب جوشیده ریخته خوی هم بزند و هر بامداد بطور ناشتا آنرا بخورد.
طبق دستور رفتار نمود و ضمنا" چیق هم می کشید. با پیروی از این برنامه خیلی زود درمان شد.
پس از چندی او را برای انجام آزمایش به آزمایشگاه انستیتو پاستور فرستادم. ضمن اینکه بیمار خود اظهار می داشت با استفاده از چیق بیماری سوزاک و سیفلیس هر دو بهبود یافته اند. آزمایشگاه نیز با دقت کامل به آزمایش پرداخت و اعلام داشت که اثری از این دو بیماری نیافته است.
آن جوان بزودی متاهل و دارای چند فرزند شد که همگی سالم و بی عیب هستند. او اینک یکی از دوستان صمیمی من است.
3-جوانی شتر چران 20 ساله از ابل هداوند دچار بیماری سیفلیس و سوزاک گردیده بود. گلو ولبهایش پر از زخم های سیفلیسی شده و بثورابی نیز در بدن او مشاهده می گردید.
بیمار را نزدم آوردند. چون بی بضاعت و ندار بود. بنابراین اقامتش در تهران میسر نمی شد. سه، چهار بار از چیق استفاده کرد و بعد دستور استعمال آنرا با مقداری از داروی مربوط دریافت و به ولایت خود بازگشت نمود.
پس از یکسال بعنوان قدردانی بنزدم آمد و در حالی که یک جوجه نیز برای پاداش ارمغانم کرد، آزمایش دقیق از تمام غدد بدن او نمودم. در گلو و نقاط دیگر بدن هیچگونه آثاری بچشم نمی خورد. سوزاکش نیز با کشیدن چیق خوب شده بود. او با پیشنهاد من برای انجام آزمایش واسرمن حاضر نشد. زیرا از جمعیت شهری گریزان بود و مشکل اقامتش مزید بر علت. بنابراین با اطمینان به بهبودی به ولایتش بازگشت.
4-جوانی خیاط که در حال حاضر از درزی های مشهور خیابان لاله زار است دچار بیماری سیفلیس گردیده بود. نزد پزشکی آزموده و آگاه در بیماری سیفلیس بدرمان پرداخت. مدت هفت ماه پی در پی تزریق آمپولهای جیوه و امثالهم مینمود. داروهای مزبور همگی بی اثر بودند. بیمار مبتلا به ورم عصب چشم گردیده بود.بنابراین به چشم پزشکان مراجعه نمود. مدت پنج ماه نیز نزد آنان به درمان پرداخت. باز معالجات بی اثر و یک چشمش نابینا شد. این پیشامد موجب وحشت او گردید. بیکی از استادان بزرگ چشم پزشکی مراجعه نمود. مشارالیه پس از معاینه دقیق از ته چشم اعلام داشت یک چشم بکلی فاسد شده و غیر قابل علاج است. فقط باید کاری کرد که چشم دیگر معیوب نشده و از کار نیفتد. یکماه نیز بدستور ایشاه رفتار نمود. متاسفانه چشم خوب هم بنای تاری را گذارد و دیدش کم شد.
روزی این جوان درهنگام آزمایش لباس من ، نزدم گریه و ناله کرد که بزودی کور و از هستی ساقط خواهم شد. دلم بحالش سوخت. حاضر شدم بدون هیچگونه توقعی به درمان او پرداختم. چندین بار از چیق استفاده کرد. در هفته اول تاری چشم بیشتر و خفگی رنگ رخسار زیادتر و اندکی نیز دوار پدیدار گشت. در هفته دوم چشم بنای روشنایی را گذاشت تا سرانجام هر دو چشم بهبودی یافته و بینائی خود را باز یافت. هم اکنون این مرد عضو مفید جامعه می باشد.
بعد ها بیمار مذکور خود و شاگردانش چند بیمار دیگر در همین زمینه را نزدم آوردند.
5-بانوئی از خانواده های روحانی دچار گم فک بالا شده بود. توسط آقایان حاج میرزا عبدالله واعظ و شیخ جواد واعظ عراقی در بیمارستان دولتی بستری گردید وزیر نظر پزشکان عالیمقام آنجا قرار گرفت. بیش از سه ماه درآن بیمارستان بستری بود و همه روزه آقایان مذکور جهت احوالپرسی و توصیه بدانجا می رفتند. بدیهی است آنگونه که باید و شاید درباره او توجه می شد. ولی متاسفانه تزریقات جدیده همه بی نتیجه گردید، و حال بیمار روز بروز بدتر می شد. خوره بسیار سختی پیدا کرده بود که از جلوگیری آن درمانده بودند.
بالاخره پزشک اول بیمارستان به آقای شیخ جواد گفت بیماری این خانم سل و غیر قابل علاج است ماء یوسانه او را از بیمارستان خارج ساختند. با معرفی اینگونه بیماران که قبلا نزد من معالجه گردیده بودند با ینجانب مراجعه نمودند.
تمام صورت بیمار متورم، بینی اش خوابیده و سوراخ شده و بخشیاز آن نیز نابود گشته بود. بطوریکه خوراک از آن بخارج ریخته می شد. از چند جای فک بالا چرک و خون می آمد بنحوی که احساس می گردید آرواره بالا یکسره در حال افتادن باشد. لثه ها نیز در اثر داروهای قبلی متورم و زیر دندانها پر از چرک بودند.
با اینحال دیدم اگر چیق ندهم و صبر کنم ممکن است فک بالا بکلی از بین برود. لذا هماندم به او چیق دادم. چند روز متوالی آنرا کشید. ورم بتدریج رو به تحلیل و بهبودی گذارد و بالاخره بکلی درمان گردید. در حال حاضر فقط آثار زخم در بینی و صورت او مشهود است.
6-بانوی جوانی از خانواده بازرگانی معروف که تازه عروس بود دچار شانکر و زخم اعضاء تناسلی، دهان و گلو و عوارض سخت آن گردید. معالجات بسیار کرد، تعداد 36 آمپول نئوسالوارسان و مقدارزیادی بیسموت و غیره تجویز شد. هیچگونه بهبودی از این معالجات حاصل نگردید. سرانجام پدرش او را نزد من آورد.
بدن بیمار پر از تاول های آبله ای بود که تعدادی از آنها سیاه و خونین بودند. درد رحم و اعضای تناسل داشت. دهان و گلوی او پر از زخم های سیفلیسی بود. حال روحی بیمار خراب و فوق العاده عصبی مینمود. زیاد گریه می کرد. این خانم ساختمان بدنی چاق و فربهی داشت و شش ماه از ابتلائش به این بیماری می گذشت. بپدرش گفتم چون دختر شما چاق و ثمین است ارسنیک برای او زیانبخش است. ضمنا" معالجاتی که تا بحال کرده اند همه خوب بوده و من بهتر از آنها نمی دانم. فقط اگر مایلید می توانم او را با چیق درمان نمایم. چون پزشکان معالجش همگی از سرشناسان فن و متخصصین بودند و نتیجه ای عایدش نشده بود بناچار پیشنهاد مرا پذیرفت.
بیمار سه چهار روز به مطب آمد چیق را مورد استفاده قرار داد طرز کاربرد آنرا آموخت. مقداری از دارو به او داده شد تا در منزل درمان را ادامه دهد. طبق دستور عمل کرد و بیش از 50 بار چیق کشید. تمام عوارض مذکور برطرف گردیدند. در آزمایش انجام یافته واسرمن منفی بود. اینک همین خانم دارای فرزندی می باشد.
7- شخص دانشمندی در نتیجه سیفلیس به ورم عصب چشم دچار گردید و مدت 22 سال نزد چشم پزشکان معروف پیوسته به مداوا پرداخت. این شخص بواسطه فضل خود و نیز معاشرت دائم با چشم پزشکان و همچنیی احتیاج شخص دارای اطلاعات زیاد در زمینه درمان این بیماری شده بود. ولی بهر صورت با همه معالجات عصب یک چشم بکلی خشک گردیده و چشم دید خود را از دست داده بود و چشم دیگر هم تار گشته بود.
بیمار چندی بعد باینجاب رجوع نمود. از روش چیق استفاده کرد و چند بار به کشیدن آن پرداخت اندکی بهبودی یافت. چشم تار او خیلی بهتر گردید. اما چون یاخته های عصب چشم دیگر بواسطه طول مدت دگرگون شده بودند. لذا چیق هم نتوانست آنرا درمان نماید. برای کمک به او ترکیبی از چوب چینی، غشبه مغربی، ریشه باباآدم ریشه شیرین بیان، عناب و سپستان دادم. بدیهی است چیق را هم می کشید. مدتی این دستور را ادامه داد. مقدار اوره خون او نیز 72 سانتی گرم بود. ضمن درمان بیماری، ترتیب معالجه این عارضه نیز با تجویز تخم گشنیز و عناب با عرق اشترخار و همچنین حب ارمنی مرکب داده شد. بطوری که در مدت 50 روز اوره به 42 سانتی گرم رسید.
پس از مدتی روشنائی در چشمها پیدا شد بنحوی که چشم نابینا بنای دیدن و تشخیص را گذاردو چشم دیگر نیز خیلی روشن شد.
در حال حاضر نیز این بیمار از دستورات پیروی می کند. بدیهی است چون سن او بیش از 90 سال است بیش از این امیدی نبود.
8-مردی 35 ساله بنام جعفر که حرفه خیاطی داشت، در نتیجه ابتلا به سیفلیس دچار ورم اعصاب چشم گردید. مدت مدیدی نزد پزشکان و متخصصان چشم بدرمان پرداخت تا آنکه از دارائی فاقد و از هر دو چشم نابینا گردید! در اواخر کار در بیمارستان ویژه بیماریهای چشم آزمایش های دقیقی توسط اساتید چشم از او بعمل آمد. عصب را بکلی دگرگون، فاسد و غیر قابل درمان یافتند و پاسخ یاس به او دادند.
در چنین شرایطی بیمار باینجانب مراجعه نمود. هیچ در اوایل ماه اردیبهشت آفتاب را خیلی بسختی تمیز میداد.بمنظور آزامایش و تحقیق چیق به او داده و تحت نظر قرارش دادم. بیمار کم کم احساس روشنائی نموده و اندکی دید پیدا کرد. پس از مدتی چهره اشخاص و رنگ اشیاء را تمیز می داد. درختان را می دید. دیگر به تنهائی به مطب می امد لباس و کلاه را می دید و درب و پنجره را از هم فرق می داد. حتی صورت و ریش و مو را نیز تمیز می داد. در اواخر درمان خیلی به بهبودی او امیدوار شده بودم مدت دو ماه روزها می آمدو چیق می کشید. البته جوشانده هایی نیز لازم بود که بیمار نیاز به کمک روزانه داشت. از همه مهمتر همسر ناسازگارش که می خواست از شر او خلاص شود او را به عنوان گردش به ییلاق برد و در یکی از روستاها رها ساخت و بهمین سبب دیگر نتوانستم آزمایش خود را بیش از این در باره او ادامه دهم.
9-خانم ک. از همسر خود دچار بیماری سیفلیس شده بود که پس از معالجه زیاد رفع بیماری هر دو شده بود. ولی بعدا" این خانم چند روز پیش از عادت ماهانه اش دچار خونریزی شدید شد وتا پایان عادت این عارضه غیر عادی دوام دوام می یافت. معالجه بسیار کرد. حتی برخی از متخصصان علت را از سیفلیس دانسته چند دوره نئوسالوارسان و داروهای دیگر تزریق نمودند. مفید واقع نشد. بالاخره در تاریخ 6/9/1309 پس از بی نتیجه ماندن معالجات باینجانب مراجعه کردند. پیشنهاد استفاده از چیق نمودم. پذیرفتند و طبق دستور رفتار کردند. پس از چندی رفع عارضه شد و بهبود یافت.
10-آقای سید م. آرایشگر ساکن خیابان شاه آباد تهران، دچار ناراحتی ریوی و تنگی سینه شده بود و بهنگام بلع غذا احساس گرفتگی در گلو می کرد. مدتها به درمان پرداخت. سرانجام در تاریخ 16/10/1309 باینجانب مراجعه نمود. پس از تحقیق و رسیدگی علت بیماری را از سیفلیس دانستم و با تجویز چیق درمانش نمودم.
11-آقای علی اکبر در تاریخ 19/8/1309 مبتلا به ورم روماتیسمی دست و پا شده بود. پس از معالجات بمن مراجعه کرد. علت بیماری اش را از سیفلیس تشخیص دادم. با خوردن صبر زرد و کشیدن چیق بهبودی حاصل نمود.
12-بانو زهرا چهل ساله. ساکن خیابان دوشان بپه، کوچه رخشانی، دچار Amaurose گردیده بود. نزد چشم پزشکان تهران معالجات زیادی کرد. در تاریخ 12/8/1309 ماءیوسانه باینجانب مراجعه نمود. بطور آزمایشی استفاده از چیق را تجویز کردم. بهبود یافت.
13- آقای علی 28 ساله، ساکن پامنار مدت یکسال در نتیجه سیفلیس کف دست و پایش پوسته پوسته می شد. ظرف یکسال سه دوره نئوسالورسان و سه دوره مرکور باو تززیق کردند. اثری نکرد. در تاریخ 27/7/1309 نزد اینجانب با استفاده از شش دوره چیق بهبود یافت.
14-آقای میرزاعبدالعلی 40 ساله چشم چپش بکلی خراب شده بود و عارضه قرینه بصورت keratocaume داشت. پشت گردنش درد می کرد. هرگونه معالجه ای بی نتیجه مانده بود. با کشیدن چیق در تاریخ 27/7/1309 و خوردن غشبه و چوب چینی بهبود یافت.
15-آقای رحمت الله 27 ساله ساکن خیابان ناصر خسرو چند سال بود که چشم چپش رو به ضعف گذارده بود.آزمایش واسرمی منفی و پیشینه سیفلیس نیز نداشت. معالجات زیادی کرده بود که بی اثر مانده بودند. در تاریخ 16/7/1309 بمدت یک هفته به استفاده از چیق پرداخت بسیار خوب شد.
16-مستخدم یکی از محترمین به شانکهای چندی در اطراف زهار و آلت تناسلی مبتلا گردیده بود. معالجات زیادی کرد که بیش از سه ماه به درازا کشید. در این مدت سه دوره نئوسالوارسان همراه با تزریق های بیسموت و جیوه تجویز شد. هیچیک مفید واقع نگریدند و عوارض دوره دوم از قبیل صداع، درد استخوان و عوارض جلدی و امثال آن نیز بروز نمودند. شانکرها سخت و حال خورده پیدا کردند و او را در زحمت زیاد انداختند. این بیمار نیز سرانجام با روش استفاده از" چیق "درمان گردید.
آن شخص محترم چون مرد دانشمندی بود و در علم پزشکی نیز اطلاعات نسبتا" زیادی داشت، علت این درمان سحرانگیز را از من پرسش نمود. گفتم با توجه به آزمایش هائی که کرده ام جیوه از را تنفس اثر بسیار زیادی در رفع سیفلیس دارد. بدیهی است تحقیق و چگونگی این امر بعهده دانشمندانی است که وسائل و امکانات کافی در اختیار دارند. ایشان بعدها چندین تن از کشاورزان خود را که مبتلا به قرحه سیفلیسی و عوارض چشم و ناراحتی های دیگر بودند نزدم فرستاد. همگی بوسیله چیق بزودی درمان گردیدند بنحوی که این امر اسباب شکفتی مشارالیه شد. از این رو نام این چیق را ثبت ماژیک Pipe magique یعنی چیق سحرآمیز نهاد.
چون در دهانشان بیماری سیفلیس زیاد بود بهمین لحاظ کشاورزان خیلی در زحمت بودند. نسخه و دستور استعمال آنرا از من خواست به گماشتگان ایشان آموختم با نظر پزشکی که در آنجا ست اقدام و از پیشرفت و عوارض بیماری جلوگیری نمایند.
تا کنون بسیاری از بینوایان و فقرا را که دچار عوارض سیفلیس چشم شده اند و نیز صدها مبتلای به قرحه سیفلیسی و خورده های عاصی العلاج را توسط پیپ درمان نمودم که اگر همه آنها را می نوشتم خود، کتابی مفصل از سرگذشت های سودمند از عوارض ناشی از سیفلیس می شد.
پیپ را اوایل سیفلیس و نیز در عوارض سخت و صعب العلاج آن بسیار مفید و موثر یافتم.
مقدار داروئی که با استعمال هر پیپ جذب بدن بیمار می شود یک تا دو سانتی گرم شاید هم کمتر می باشد. از این رو بیمار خیلی بندرت دچار ورم لثه می گردد.
بنابر آزمایش های انجام یافته و دلایل مذکور چنانچه در مواقع بروز عوارض بسیار سخت سیفلیس همچون خوره، نابینائی و عوارض عصبی شدید جیوه را از راه تنفس استعمال کنند بطور حتم و یقین خیلی زود جلوگیری می کند.
بدیهی است اثر پیپ در همه یکسان نیست. در برخی زودتر و بهتر اثر می کند و در بعضی دیرتر.
نسخه ای را که زیاد مورد استفاده قرار داده ام بدین قرار است:
شنجرفت معدنی 2ل، گل سرخ 2ل ،مازو سبز 4ل ،مصطکی 1ل، و پوست ریشه کبر 2ل، این داروها را باید کوبید و آمیخته و چند نخود از آن را با توتون مخلوط کرده و در وسط محفظه پیپ بریزند. بطوری که زیر و روی آن توتون خالص باشد. بعد باید پیپ را کشید و دود آنرا بشدت فرو برند و از راه بینی خارج سازد. در صورت لزوم باید روزی دو بار پیپ کشیده شود. در آغاز کار کمی خفگی در رنگ چهره ایجاد و گاه کمی نیز دوار عارض می شود ولی باید درمان را ادامه داد تا به نتیجه رسید.
اکر ار ورم اعصاب چشم و غیره زمانی گذشته و کهنه شده باشد بهتر آنست که در ضمن تجویز پیپ، چوب چینی نیز به بیمار بدهند. نسخه چوب چینی بشرح زیر است:
چوب چینی 5ل، غشبه مغربی 2ل ،ریشه باباآدم 2ل، و عناب و سپستان 20 دانه، داروها را باید خرده کرده با چند استکان آب جوش در قوری ریخته چند ساعتی پهلوی حرارت ملایم قرار داده و دم نمایند و کمی نیز بجوشد. در هنگام روز بجای آب انرا بیاشامند، و این کار را مدت زیادی ادامه دهند. هیچگونه پرهیزی از ترشی لازم نیست. در این مدت البته اگر عصبانی نشود بهتر است.
این دارو صفا دهنده خون بوده و بواسطه برخی از ترکیبات خود در درمان بسیاری از بیماری ها مفید و سودمند است.
نسخه یاد شده چوب چینی در فشار خون بسیار موثر است.
بیماری که فشار خونش 24-25 و موجب سکته وی گردیده بود مدت زیادی از این جوشانده خورد پس از گذشت یکسال فشار خون او به 12 رسید و دیگر نیز بالا نرفت. این شخص هنوز هم گهگاه از این جوشانده می خورد و سالم است.
در دیابت سیفلیسی استعمال پیپ جیوه و آشامیدن جوشانده چوب چینی مرکب بسیار مفید و موثر است.
اینک برای تکمیل گفتار خود بیمار حاضر را که بهبودی حاصل نموده جهت معاینه و کسب اطلاعات لازم خدمت حضار محترم معرفیی می نمایم و بدوا" شرح حال ایشان را بشرح زیر باستحضار میرسانم:
در تاریخ 25/12/1326 آ قای محمود ت، 40 ساله ساکن کرمانشاه شغل آهنگر را به مطب اینجانب آوردند. مشارالیه اظهار داشت چهار سال قبل جوشی در لبم پیدا شد. بعدا" دردهان و سر نیز جوشهایی بروز کرد. پزشکان بیماری سیفلیس ر اتشخیص دادند. با خوردن چند حب خوب شدم. پس از سه سال دچار تب راجعه گردیدم. با تزریق نئوسالوارسان تب قطع شد. ولی در عوض چشم هایم تار و نابینا گردیدند و به فلج پاها paraplegie دچار شدم. چند آمپول تزرق کردند. قدری حالم بهتر شد. ادرارم بند می آ مد و نیاز به زدن میل می شد. ناچار به بیمارستان آمریکایی رفته و مدت چهل روز در آنجا بستری گردیدم. اندکی بهتر شدم و از بیمارستان بیرون آمدم.
در خارج از بیمارستان ضمن معالجات تزریق نئوسالوارسان نمودند. درنتیجه چشم ها بدتر و تاریکتر گردیدند. نزد پزشکان مختلف کرمانشاه ،مدتها به مداوا مشغول بودم. از جمله، دکتر نیکجو دو دوره آمپول به شقیقه های می زدند. کمی بهبودی بخشید . سپس به تهران آمدم. و در بیمارستان فیروز آبادی بستری گردیدم. مدت چهار ماه تحت درمان قرار گرفتم. همه روزه تزریق مینمودند و شربت خوراکی می دادند. اندکی حالم بهتر شد در اواخر کار تزریق نئوسالوارسان نمودند. این بار نیز مانند دو دفعه پیش این تزریقات اثر بدی از خود باقی گذاشت. دیگر چیزی درست نمی دیدم. ایز بیمارستان فیروزآبادی خارج شدم و به بیمارستان بیماریهای چشم مراجعه نمودم. در آنجا پس از معاینه و رسیدگی یک دوره آمپول به اطراف چشم تزریق کردند.
بیمار را با نهایت یاس و ناامیدی و با شکوه از داروهای جدید نزدم آوردند و درخواست درمانش را کردند. گفتند بیمارانی که همین درد را داشته اند ما را پیش شما راهنمایی کرده اند. در معاینه چشمانش درست نمی دید. در روشنایی و در نور آفتاب انگشتان را تمیز می داد و می شمرد. اظهار داشت اتومبیل که از جلوی می رد می شود می بینم ولی نوع آنرا که سواری یا اتوبوس و یا باری است تمیز نمی دهم. اشخاص ر امی بینم اما نمی توانم آنها را شناسائی کنم. همیشه گرد و غبار تاری جلوی چشمانم حایل است. از این جهت نیاز به کمک دیگران دارم. چشمها برق می زند و آب ریزی دارد. گوشها زیاد صدا می کنند و سنگین و کم شنوا هستند. گاهی سرو صدای آن مرامعذب کرده و حتی مانع خواب و آسایشم می گردد.
در معاینه پاهای بیمار سست بود و قادر به حرکت نبود و نمی توانست آنها را بلند کند مانند باری سنگین پاهایش را روی زمین می کشید. سر پا نمی توانست بایستد و مجبور به اتکا به در و دیوار بود. بیمار اظهار داشت هر گاه پاها را جمع و یا دراز می کنم کشاله رانم پاهایم سوزند گاه گرم و گاه سرد می شوند. دردهای برق اسا پدید می گردد و گاهی نیز بنظر می رسد که ورم کرده اند. بیمار همچنین یادآور شد که بیضه هایش یخ می کنند، درد می گیرند و می سوزند. مثانه و مجرای ادرار درد و سوزش دارد. ادرار کم است و بسختی و با سوزش می آید. حرکت عضو تناسلی نیز خیلی با درد و سوزش صورت می گیرد . اشتها خوب نیست . مزاج فاقد لینت است. بهنگام دفع مدفوع بادی با سوزش زیاد از مقعد شروع و تا بیضتین می رسد. مقعد کمی سرد و بیحس است.
بهر حال معالجه بیمار را پذیرفتم و دستور" پیپ" دادم روز بعد پیپ را تهیه کردند و نیز دارو را در اختیار قرار دادم. چند روزی او را به مطب می آوردند و در حضور من پیپ می کشید. بعد از یک هفته بهبودی زیادی در حال بیمار آشکار شد. در اول کار دو نفر او را با اتومبیل تا مطب می آوردند و به کمک آنها از پله ها بالا می آمد. بعد از هفت روز تعداد همراهان به یک نفر کاهش یافت. پس از دو هفته بدون کمک و راهنما از منزل خود تا مطب را که بیش از یک کیلومتر فاصله بود به تنهائی و پیاده طی کرد. روشنایی چشم زیاد شده و پاها قوت گرفتند. بعکس سابق که پاها را به سختی می کشید حالا دیگر آنها را بلند می کرد. پاها به وضعیت طبیعی نزدیک شدند .و رفته رفته بهترگردیدند. در واقع باید بگویم بطوری پیشرفت نمود که اسباب حیرت شده بود. دیگر تنها می آمد و می رفت و همه چیز حتی سیاهی و سفیدی موی سر و صورت را نیز تشخیص می داد. بطور کلی عوارض بیماری او کاهش و یا کم کم برطرف گردیدند.
باید یاد آور شوم که برقراری این سخنرانی در تعقیب کنفرانس قبلی و بدر خواست پزشکان و اساتید طب شوروی انجاام پذیرفت و من صصصلاح دیدم مشاهدات خود را در زمینه سیفلیس های عاصی العلاج و خطرناک که داروهای جدید در آنها بی اثر ولی روش استفاده از پیپ در درمان آنها موثر واقع گردیده بودند مطرح نمایم و همین بیمار را ضمن بیان شرح حالش عملا نشان دهم.
شب بیست و چهارم فروردین 1327 در انجمن پزشکی ایران شوروی ، در پایان کنفرایس بیمار را که تنها با استفاده از روش پیپ در ظرف 56 روز درمان شده بود پزشکان شوروی مورد معاینه قرار دادند. در واقع در خاتمه کنفرانس پروفسورهای روسی من و بیمار را نگهداشته و بعد از رفتن پزشکان ایرانی، به تقدیر و تحسین زیاد پرداختند و گفتند بهترین رویه همین است که از طبیعت استفاده می کنید.
بانو دکتر حمزوی چشم پزشک نیز چشم بیمار را از نزدیک مشاهده و معاینه کردند بیمار تمام مشخصات سر وصورت و موهای ایشان را برشمرد. از وضع و حال او پرسش ها نمودند.
فردای آن روز بیمار مانند قبل به مطب آمد دستور دادم روزی یک مثقال هلیله سیاه را نرم کرده بخورد. برای پیروی از این دستو بر حسب اتفاق، حادثه ای برایش رخ داد به اینصورت که در منزل، کودکی که وظیفه کوبیدن داروها را بر عهده گرفته بود سهوا مقداری بیش از یک مثقال بریاک را که در خانه بوده بجای داروی اصلی کوبیده و به بیمار می دهد. او نیز بلادرنگ انرا می خورد همین امر باعث انتقال او به بیمارستان می گردد ولی پس از رفع خطر دچار ضعف و سستی می شود. چندی بعد به مطب آمد و جریان را تعریف کرد. چند روزی باز از پیپ استفاده نمود. تعدادی حب از معجون کچوله دادم تا با سستی تریاک برابری نموده و آنرا رفع کند.
باز واقعه جالب دیگری برایش رخ داد. روزی که می خواست بنزدم بیاید. در راه ماموران جمع آوری گدایان به تصور اینکه او نیز از جمله متکدیان است باز داشتش نموده و به کانون کار و آموزش بردند.بنا به اظهار، او را به کار وا داشتند. هر چه ناله وزاری کرده که من کور و افلج بودم و نزد دکتر احمدیه درمان می کنم و شغلم تکدی نیست و می توانید تلفن کنید و شرح حالم را استفسار نمائید هیچکس اعتنائی به حرفهای او نمی کند. سرانجام متوسل به پزشکان کانون می گردد تا او را معاینه کرده و حقیقت بر آنان آشکار شود. آنها پس از معاینه گفتند تو که عیب و نقصی نداری زیرا عیبی در او ندیدند!خلاصه این مرد بینوا نزدیک سه ماه یعنی تا تاریخ 20/5/27 در کانون به سر برد و بعد مرخص شد. پس از خروج توبه کرد که دیگر در تهران نماند. شخصی حاضر شد او را به کرمانشاه ببرد. نزدم آمد علت غیبت و دلیل عزیمتش را برایم تعریف کرد. او را معاینه کردم حالش بسیار خوب بود همه چیز را می دید و نسبتا" خوب راه می رفت. جوشانده ای از چوب چینی و ریشه بابا آدم برایش نوشتم که مدتی بخورد. او دیگر به پیپ نیز نیازی نداشت. |
